Express Transcript is an AI-powered speech-to-text transcription service providing automated transcription, translation, caption generation, and related features as described on our website.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree not to:
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancel anytime from your dashboard's Billing section — your plan remains active until the end of the current period. Monthly minutes reset each cycle and do not roll over. Pay-As-You-Go minutes expire 6 months after purchase. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload or generate. We do not claim ownership or use your content to train AI models.
We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Temporary suspensions for maintenance may occur with reasonable advance notice.
The Service is provided "as is." While our Hallucination Guard prevents invented text, automated transcription should be reviewed for critical use cases. We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
Dashboard sessions timeout after 12 hours of inactivity for security.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time, permanently removing all your data.
You can use Settings to export account data, delete all transcripts, and permanently delete your account.
As of 14 February 2026, we self-assess this service as GDPR compliant for current processing activities. This is a self-assessed statement and not a formal GDPR certification.
We may update these Terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
