How do I start my first transcription?
Open your dashboard, click New Transcript, upload a file (or import from a connected source), choose language/settings, then start transcription.
What file types are supported?
You can upload common audio and video file types used in meetings, podcasts, interviews, and screen recordings.
How long does transcription take?
Processing time depends on file length, audio quality, and current queue load. Most files begin quickly and continue in the background.
Why is my transcript accuracy lower than expected?
Accuracy is strongly affected by noise, overlapping speakers, microphone quality, and language mismatch. Cleaner audio and correct language selection usually improve results.
Editing, sharing, and export
Can I edit transcripts after processing?
Yes. You can edit transcript text directly in the editor and keep refining it before sharing or exporting.
Can I share transcripts with others?
Yes. You can create share links and control access based on your plan and sharing settings.
Which export formats are available?
You can export transcript and caption formats such as TXT, PDF, CSV, SRT, and VTT, depending on workflow and plan.
Can I save exports to cloud apps?
Yes. You can connect supported cloud destinations and export there directly from the share/export flow.
Integrations and imports
Where do I connect integrations?
Connect integrations from dashboard settings and import from the Upload area where source-specific import actions are shown.
Why does an import list show no files?
Usually this means no eligible files were found for the connected account, permissions are limited, or the file type/date range does not match the source listing.
Can I disconnect an integration anytime?
Yes. You can disconnect integrations from settings at any time and reconnect later when needed.
Do all users get the same integration options?
Available options can vary by account type, connected source permissions, and plan capabilities.
Billing and account
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your billing settings. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Monthly subscription minutes reset each cycle. Pay-as-you-go minutes follow their own validity period shown in billing details.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from billing settings. Plan changes are applied based on your billing cycle and current subscription state.
