  • You are responsible for participant notice/consent requirements for meetings, calls, and recordings where required by law.
  • You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and transform content only to provide requested features.

4. Integrations and Third Parties

The service may connect to third-party platforms (for example Google, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Slack, Zoom, and storage/export providers). 6. Plans, Billing, and Changes

Paid features are billed under your selected plan and renew unless canceled. Unless required by law, amounts already charged are non-refundable. We may update pricing, limits, and feature availability with reasonable notice where required.

7. AI and Automated Output

Transcripts, summaries, translations, labels, and other automated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for review and final use decisions.

8. Availability and Backups

Service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We may modify or discontinue features. You are responsible for maintaining any backups you require.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless audio-to-text.online and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, your integrations, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
